News

The Land Train now travels from Boscombe Pier, up Sea Road and into the Precinct. It then goes along the Christchurch Road, down through Boscombe Chine Gardens and back to the Seafront!

Coffee Mornings have started up again for the autumn/winter, they are held 10am onwards every Monday in the residents' lounge.

Forthcoming Events

Saturday 17th December - Carols by Candlelight (starts 5pm, meet Christchurch Road end of Boscombe Chine Gardens)

Carol singing down the chine, finishing with a concert in the Neptune

Sunday 18th December - Salvation Army Carols (starts 10am, meet in the residents lounge)

Residents Surgery - Napier (new managing agent) will be on-site 10am to 11:30am Tuesday 10th January 2012.

Snooker Club

San Remo Towers has a full size table in the Residents' Lounge, which is situated within the basement area of block D. To use this facility an annual subscription fee of £20 (currently being reviewed) is required and is due each January.

The club has both snooker and billiard balls along with a small selection of guest cues.

For more information on how to join, contact the main office between 09:00 and 12:00 Monday to Friday.

Scrabble & Whist

The club meet at 7:30 on Monday and Thursday nights in the residents lounge.

Mah Jong

Can you play or are you interested in learning how to play Mah Jong?

We are looking for additional people to join us on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 to play this fun and addictive game. To contact us simply send an e-mail via the link at the bottom of this page or just turn up on a Tuesday evening.

Library

The library is situated in the residents lounge and a large selection of books are available for all to use. Please do your part in keeping the library tidy and books in good condition. We also have a small selection of jigsaws, videos and games for residents to borrow.

Why not visit the library while waiting for your laundry to dry?

SRRA Meetings

The committee meet every month and a full members meeting is held bi-monthly in the residents lounge. The full meetings are open to any resident and are held on the first Wednesday of even months at 7pm (February, April, June etc.).

Our summer social is usually held in June or August.

AGM and committee elections usually take place in October.

The Christmas social is not surprisingly in December.

Residents' Charter

Please respect other residents when using the communal areas and leave them clean and tidy. Also, please keep noise to a minimum and vacate the residents lounge by 10:30pm, as some residents live directly above and beside this area.
